We are looking for our qualified sales Director in Europe based in France. He will be responsible of sales development for equipment. .

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Development of the commercial strategy:
Co builds the definition of the main axes of the company's commercial strategy; it provides competitive intelligence and identifies market trends.
  • Manage sales in Germany 
  • Business development in Europe :
Our sales Director will be responsible of development, and growth of the Business Units activities. Ensures the development of existing accounts and referencing with new customers.
  • Competitive intelligence: Carry out monitoring work on the actions and products of the main competitors and on the evolution of the sector.
  • Propose the actions to be taken to change the positioning of the company and the enhancement of its brands.
  • Management of commercial activity: monitoring and reporting of results and the level of achievement of objectives by adapting action plans and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribution to the financial results: guarantee the profitability of contracts subscribed and commercial operations and ensure the improvement of the company's performance indicators (quality of sales forecasts).
  • Product developments: propose new ideas and report customer requests.

Profil
European sales Director specially for France with knowledge of the semiconductor sector 
You must have 5 to 10 years of experience with a strong technical background  
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business school.
